VFS Austria – Bangladesh: Appointment Booking Instructions

To apply for an Austrian visa from Bangladesh, all applicants must book an appointment through VFS Global before visiting the Visa Application Centre. Walk-in applications are not accepted. Please follow the steps below to schedule your appointment:

1. Visit the Official VFS Global Website

Go to the Austria visa section for Bangladesh through the official VFS Global site.
(Ensure you are using the genuine VFS website.)

2. Select Your Visa Category

Choose the visa type you wish to apply for, such as:

• Schengen Tourist Visa

• Student Visa

• Family Reunion

• Business Visa

• National (D) Visa

Make sure you select the correct category, as availability depends on the visa type.

3. Create / Log In to Your VFS Account

You must have a registered VFS Global account to book an appointment.

• New users: Create an account using a valid email address.

• Existing users: Log in with your username and password.

4. Choose Your Appointment Date and Time

After logging in:

• Select the service center: VFS Austria – Dhaka, Bangladesh

• Choose a suitable date and time from the available slots

• Confirm your booking

If no dates are available, keep checking regularly as new slots are released periodically.

5. Appointment Confirmation

Once booked, you will receive:

• A confirmation email

• An appointment letter (PDF) containing your booking details

You must bring a printed copy of this letter on the day of your appointment.

6. Visit the VFS Centre

On your appointment day, arrive at least 15 minutes early with:

• Your printed appointment letter

• All required documents for your visa category

• Passport and photocopies

• Visa fees (as applicable)

Late arrivals may result in rescheduling.
