  • The booking has not been processed or forwarded to the VFS center or embassy for processing.
  • Our service was not delivered as described at the time of booking (e.g., appointment booking failure due to technical issues).

Non-Refundable Conditions

The following conditions do not qualify for a refund:

  • Cancellation or refund request after the service has been delivered or the appointment has been scheduled and processed.
  • Incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer at the time of booking that results in the inability to process the request.
  • Booking or service fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in specific cases.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

Refund Processing Time

Partial Refunds
