• Book an appointment at a Visa Application Centre (VAC)

How Long Do We Retain Your Data?

Your personal data is deleted after a specific period, depending on the visa application process:

• Your personal data is deleted within seven days after transmission to the diplomatic mission.
• For Schengen visa applications, personal data is retained until the return of your passport and deleted five days thereafter.
• For all other visa applications, personal data is retained until the return of the passport and deleted thirty days thereafter.
